Sundance: Low Pile Velvet
This velvet combines a soft feel with a lower pile, so it doesn’t crush or change color when you swipe your hand over it. Though not as plush as our other velvet options, this is still a very soft fabric with a timeless look. Velvets are a classic choice for traditional furniture styles or can be used to soften up a modern piece. Velvet is also good for households with cats – the tight weave makes it difficult for them to get their claws into it.
Inside Out fabrics are stain-, moisture-, and fade-resistant with over 1200 hours of lightfastness. Sundance is 100% polyester and one of our most durable fabrics; it has a heavy duty rating with 200,000 double rubs. It’s Greenguard Gold Certified, meaning it’s free of harmful levels of chemical emissions (formaldehyde, phthalates, and others). Made in South Korea. Price Category: $$$
